I could not have had a better experience with this service! I was a walk-in on a very busy day, and Craig asked if I wanted to stay or if I needed a shuttle. I told him I would wait, and if it got too late i would see if there was a shuttle available. Due to the high volume, I ended up needing to leave and asked Craig if I could get a rental since there was more that needed to be done to my car. He went out of his way to make sure i had a rental, and got me over to talk to the gentleman with Enterprise , who was also incredibly nice and helpful. When Craig called me to tell me my car was ready, I was unable to leave work before they closed, so he told me I could return the rental the next day and pick up my car. When I got in the next day, Craig was very prompt and helpful. I have never had an issue at Rob Sight, but this experience was exceptionally good. Thank you to Craig and the team at Rob Sight!

My vehicle was damaged by a manhole cover. I limped to the dealership. It was 5:45 on Friday. Craig looked at the underside, and confirmed there was damage (he also could smell the gas leaking from the punctured gas tank). The service team secured a loaner as the Enterprise guy was not available and got me on the way home. Craig called on Saturday morning to give me options on repair including insurance claim possibility. The vehicle was repaired and returned, and I'm very pleased with the service.
