        They charge you for tape, and for the effort of taping up your box. Even when it's freezing outside, they force you to tape your boxes outside on the sidewalk, because they can't be liable just in case you nick yourself on your tape dispenser. When you ask for a comment form to provide feedback for the horrible customer service you just received, they aggressively start arguing with you. Avoid this location!
