        I have been a client of Massage Heights for many years now. Normally I see my massage therapist, Karen Byer, for my chronic neck and shoulder issues from stress and posture. However last week I suffered from kidney stones and panic attacks. Needless to say my body was very tight, sore and under stress. I saw Karen today and wow do I feel better! This is exactly the self-care that I needed to finally get my body feeling stronger, better and relaxed again. I highly recommend Karen Byer and the Parmer Crossing location. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and Karen is the best!

        DON'T GO!! Their memberships a...

        DON'T GO!! Their memberships are a total rip-off! I joined a location that closed, and the new place they sent me to was inconveniently located much further away and on a toll road. As a result I've been unable to go every month and have accumulated over 20 pre-paid massages. I asked to suspend my account until I used up all of my pre-paid massages and was told that if I suspended my account I would lose my pre-paid massages - ALL $1,600 WORTH! They are refusing to refund my money and are encouraging me to cancel my membership so they can keep the money for themselves. They won't even compromise by letting me "give away" some of my pre-paid massages to my family. I paid for something I never got, and they're keeping my money anyway. Go somewhere else!
