Pioneer Overhead Door

I tried to respond to the review as the business owner but hit a roadblock. I am the person the bad reviewer is referring to. I simply told the customer that if he took his door apart, if he disassembled his door there would be a fee to put it back together. I also informed him that taking the door apart was not only unnecessary but very dangerous. I am still here and ready to help if he ever needs my services again. Ron

Had them replace my garage door that was damaged by the wind. Install went fine but the door became unwound and wouldn't close. We had to detach the door to get it to close and was unable to call anyone out since it was 6 p.m.. Called them the next day to have them back out to look at it. The owner answered the phone and was rude, obnoxious and told us that it was probably our doing that made the door break and we had better expect to compensate him for his time. We decided not to give this man one dime more than we have and report him to the better business bureau.
